NDR Auto Teams Up with Korea’s DYA in ₹63 Cr Seating JV

The Board of Directors of NDR Auto Components has approved the creation of a joint venture with South Korea’s DYA Co. The upcoming Indian entity, where NDR will hold a majority 51% equity stake, entails an investment of up to ₹62.96 crore.

The joint venture will supply complete automotive seat assemblies to leading vehicle manufacturers, primarily Kia India and Hyundai India. Combining DYA's global design capabilities with NDR’s established domestic manufacturing footprint, the partnership marks NDR's strategic expansion into full-system passenger vehicle offerings.
